Description

Adobe Sign is a cloud-based e-signature service that allows the user to send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device. With Adobe Sign, you can:

  • Get signatures from others  
  • Track files out for signature 
  • E-sign on computers and mobile devices 
  • Store and manage signed documents 

How to Access

All faculty and staff automatically have access to Adobe Sign.

On December 18, 2023, new accounts were created for all Adobe Sign users that will now use their firstname.lastname@mnsu.edu email account as their primary identifier. This change enabled additional functionality in Adobe Sign and optimizes the solution for current and future users. To get temporary access to your old account please submit a ticket. Old accounts will be deleted in spring semester 2024.
When Adobe asks for your email address, enter your University email address (first.last@mnsu.edu). Adobe will then send you to the MinnState Microsoft ID system where you will use yourStarID@minnstate.edu and your StarID password.

Additional functionality in Adobe Sign for group processes are available and include: Library Templates, Workflows, Bulk Sending, Web Forms, Custom Settings
Adobe Acrobat Sign will provide a secured PDF after signing. In some cases you may want to add comments or marks to these PDF's. These videos will show how to unlock a secured PDF so that a you can use the comment tools in Adobe.
